The Grease Joint Rejuvenator® cleans the joint by forcing any light-viscosity oil in through the fitting. Just fill the tool’s body with oil, connect to the Zerk fitting, and gently tap repeatedly to pressurize the oil and force it into the joint, until the new oil has fully displaced the old, hardened grease. Like magic, all of a sudden you will feel the joint open and the joint or pin can then be greased. Should have bought this sooner. Works great. Filled it full of WD40. After a few taps with a hammer it freed up and continued to empty the wholething in one grease zurk. Fitting works great now. Highly recommend this.

Buy it This is a great tool. It is not a miracle worker. It has worked pretty well on heavy equipment for me. Only time it didn’t was due to the equipment joints freezing up. Like I said not a miracle worker. In my opinion don’t let the others make you not buy this. It’s well worth it.

Works good Works pretty good. You may have to use it twice on more stubborn grease fittings but it definitely works for my needs. It will spray oil out of the joint your trying to unglog but it’s supposed to. Definitely wear safety glasses as it says to do in the instructions.

Time saver This thing works amazing. I use wd40 in the cylinder but you can use penetrating oil or any light oil. Works on 95% of the clogged grease fittings I work on. Don’t hit really hard but hit often.

had a zerk that was impossible to grease. I … had a zerk that was impossible to grease. I ordered this. High Quality tool. I hammered with a 5 pound hammer. Had to get liquid PB blaster to put in it then it finally went in. As much as I hammered on this thing it should have ruined it, but it stood up. In the process I broke a coupler and I called the company and no problem they are sending me a new one. Now I am going to work on some really old farm equipment.

A well made heavy duty tool with AWESOME manufacturer customer service!! I am a mobile heavy equipment mechanic. I have a few customers that don’t know what a grease gun is or they run into a problem with a grease fitting and they just say screw it and it doesn’t get grease until I come along. My remedy for freeing up clogged up grease fittings used to be to pull out the porta power and stuff the hydraulic oil to it. That process was kind of a pain due to the bulky size of dealing with the porta power. I had always meant to order one of these sets to try. I’ve had this since February. Used it quite a bit. I wore out 1 grease coupler and the company sent me a new set of couplers because I couldn’t find them on their website. Very nicely built quality product. Very heavy duty and well made (I’ve beaten on these ALOT with a 5lb hammer) and they have stood up to my abuse. Worn out 1 grease coupler and a few o rings on the piston part. Nothing has bent or broken. Customer service with the manufacturer is AWESOME. Oh so nice to free up clogged fittings.

Strong and works! Used this on a few of my stubborn fittings on my stump grinder. After a few tries it cleared them up and I can now grease them properly! Case makes it nice to store everything together in the toolbox. Definitely built to last!

The larger unit in the set was not brass in appearance like in the image Works as described. Just received and first time user. Follow the directions for purging air, etc. I used Kroil as the medium, purged air, installed on grease fitting and with a few taps of a hammer, the fitting started accepting the medium. The larger unit in the set was not brass in appearance like in the image, rather silver in appearance like the smaller unit. Happy customer.
