Description
Forces Light Oil into a Grease Joint, Flushing Out Old Hardened Grease and Allowing New Grease to be Pushed Through.
The reason why the grease does not go into the fitting is not because of the fitting; it’s because the grease has dried up inside of the joint or pin groove. Simply put, you cannot push new, soft grease into a joint if the old grease has become hard and dried, blocking the new grease.
The Grease Joint Rejuvenator® cleans the joint by forcing any light oil in through the fitting. Just fill the Grease Joint Rejuvenator® with light oil, connect to the fitting and gently tap over and over again until the new oil has completely traveled through the old, hardened grease. Like magic, all of a sudden you feel the joint open and the joint or pin can now be greased.

Nifty tool to have for equipment upkeep This works really well. Best tool I have found for opening grease certs

Just plain works! I had a stuck grease fitting on my excavator. I attempted to remove the pin and gave up after several attempts of soaking the joint as best I could with PB Blaster, then heating and beating. No luck, the pin never moved at all. I figured I would give this tool a try before calling in a heavy equipment mechanic. This thing is very simple to use. Filled it with 3in1 penetrating oil and then bled the air out. I then attached it to the grease fitting and after about 15 taps with a hammer, the piston started to slowly move in. 5 more taps and the piston was all the way in and I saw a drip from the joint. I then refilled and injected another full dose. At this point, the oil was pouring out of the joint. 10 or so easy pumps with the grease gun to push the oil out and replace it with grease and we are ready to dig again.

This tool works, and worth every penny When I first saw the listing, My first thought was its a little pricy. I have a skid steer where the main boom grease fitting has not worked for a while, and started to make a noise when lowering the boom or raising. I could never get the fitting out to replace it either. So when I saw this tool I figured I would give it a try. I used marvel mystery oil instead of wd-40. If I would have known just how well this tool worked I would have taken a video of it. After three moderate hits with a ball pin hammer it freed up. If you have any heavy equipment this is a tool you need in your tool box.

Great product for unclogging grease fittings. This device works as advertised, and is easy to use. I bought this to unclog the grease fittings for the blade spindles on my zero-turn-radius mower. This worked with a strike of the palm and cleared the grease path that previously wouldn’t allow any grease in.

worked good Beautiful workmanship

Must have tool! I cannot believe how well this tool worked. I had a grease joint on a boat motor that was jammed full of old dry grease and nothing would free it up (heat, pressure, more grease ect). A few hits with this tool filled with ATF and the joint was free – I wish I would have known about this before – it would have saved tons of time and frustration

Works perfect on stuck fittings on my backhoe. The first fitting on my backhoe was not too bad to get free it took about two or three cylinders of WD-40 in the tool to clear it out, then pump grease in. The bucket pivot was a little tougher that took about five or six doses of WD-40 in the tool. Finally got grease through it and everything is good. Took about an hour and a half to do both of them. Be patient.

It works well I am impressed. I had a 2 stuck fitting on an old skid steer. I tried to take the joint apart to clean it, but it would not budge. This was my last resort to get the 2 joints greased. I cannot believe how well it worked. It forces the WD40 right into the joint and out the sides. I was then able to grease the joints. The tool is very solid. It did not take much effort at all. Very happy with it. Saved me a lot of money. My thought before this was to heat the joint up with a torch, but that was a last resort.

YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH THIS, RECOMMEND 100% I’M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS TOOL, AT FIRST I WAS A LITTLE SCEPTICAL BUT FOR THE MONEY I GAVE IT A TRY. IT WORKS LIKE A CHAMP.
ABOUT A MONTH AGO I REPLACED THE SUSPENSION ON MY FORD F150, AND THEN I NOTICED THE LEFT SIDE SQUEAKING A LOT, I TRIED EVERYTHING BUT NOTHING, THE LEFT LOWER BALL JOINT WOULD NOT TAKE THE ANY GREASE THROUGH THE FITTING AT ALL. SO I GAVE A SHOT TO THIS TOOL, GUESS WHAT AFTER FILLING IT UP WITH BP BLASTER AND GETTING THE AIR OUT (JUST LIKE A REGULAR SYRINGE) I HOOKED IT UP AND STARTED TAPPING (NOT TOO HARD BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID OF BREAKING THE FITTING) CONTINUOUSLY AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE BP BLASTER STARTED TO COME OUT. RIGHT AFTER THAT I HOOKED UP MY REGULAR GREASE GUN AND BINGO! I WAS ABLE TO GREASE IT AND THE SQUEAKING ON THAT SIDE STOPPED, EVEN STEERING MY TRUCK WAS A BIT HARD BUT AFTER THIS IT CHANGED 100% WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
I HAVE ONE TIP: TAKE THE GREASE FITTING OFF AND DO IT FIRST JUST TO THE GREASE FITTING, IN MY CASE A CLUMP OF DRIED GREASE CAME OFF IN A CYLINDER SHAPE AFTER I TAPPED A FEW TIMES, SO I TOOK CARE OF PART OF THE PROBLEM. THEN PUT THE FITTING BACK ON AND DID THE SAME THING (THIS TIME I TAPPED A LITTLE HARDER) UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS UNCLOGGED. IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN I BOUGHT THE SUSPENSION PARTS IN ONE OF THE LOWER BALL JOINTS THE GREASE FROM FACTORY WAS DRIED LIKE SOME KIND OF PASTE BUT THIS THING PUSHED IT ALL OUT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 100%

Bang your head! This works as described. Using to clean out grease zerk on a gate. Using this with WD40 and wack, wack, wack, wack…finally getting some old grease to clear out. The process can take some time but not the tool’s fault. Be sure to bleed the tool after filling with liquid to get the best results. (this is explained with the included helpful instructions) Good luck.
