New Product Submission Policy
Dear Inventor,
If you have a new product idea, concept or prototype, before submitting the invention to any company, we suggest you have a Confidentiality agreement in place. These agreements are also known as Non-Disclosure Agreements. If you would like to submit your product to IPA®, please email us or fill out the form below to get started. Within 48 hours we will send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement to be filled out. The agreement we send you is the same we use for ourselves. It simply says, what’s yours is yours, and what’s ours is ours.
We receive many creative ideas each year from technicians representing all industries. Most have something great to add to our world of tools however, only a few possess the qualities necessary to make money. Simply put, the more you can sell of an item the more it’s worth. We have been in the innovation of tools and equipment since 1991, hold many patents and trademarks and have successfully sold tens of millions in tools and equipment. Once we review your information, we will offer a free evaluation as to the marketability of your tool as well as explain how the market works so you can better know what your invention is worth. If you then decide to shop your inventions around, you will at least have some information to help you on your way. There are many benefits you will find in partnering with IPA®.
