Free Shipping Policy
At Innovative Products of America®, we are committed to providing fast, reliable and cost-effective shipping on every order. To ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently, the shipping carrier used is determined by the size, weight and dimensions of the items purchased.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Many IPA® products qualify for Free Shipping within the contiguous United States. Depending on the product, free shipping orders will be delivered by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
Tools and accessories that fall within USPS shipping requirements may be shipped through USPS. Larger, heavier or oversized products that exceed USPS size or weight limitations will be shipped via UPS or another comparable ground carrier. Certain oversized or heavy items may be subject to additional shipping or handling fees, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
USPS Delivery Requirements
If your order qualifies for free shipping by USPS, you are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided can receive USPS deliveries. This includes residential addresses, businesses, P.O. Boxes (where applicable), military addresses and any other location serviced by the United States Postal Service.
By placing an order for a product that ships via USPS, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery address accepts USPS shipments. If a package is returned because the address cannot receive USPS deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order using an alternate shipping method.
UPS Shipments
Products that exceed USPS shipping limitations due to size, weight or packaging requirements will be shipped via UPS Ground or another comparable carrier. A physical street address is required for UPS deliveries. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages or by different carriers to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery. If an order contains both USPS-eligible products and oversized products, your shipment may arrive in multiple deliveries.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. IPA® is not responsible for delays, returned shipments or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, undeliverable locations or addresses that cannot accept the shipping method selected for your order.
